Yes, returns are possible. If you agree to the use of your photo and the jewelry is in good condition, please contact our customer service for return instructions. Please note that returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

Yes, our jewelry is water resistant. You can wear them with confidence while showering or during daily activities. They are designed to be durable and strong.

Unfortunately we cannot make changes for custom orders. For non-customized orders, it is possible to make changes or cancel if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible.

For the best quality, we recommend that your photo has at least 1,000 x 1,000 pixels. If you have any questions about the quality of your photo, please contact our team. For photos under 400 x 400 pixels we will contact you for a new photo. If there is no response, the order will be processed automatically with the uploaded photo, and we are not responsible for a blurry photo.

We offer free replacement for damaged items. Damaged items include marks/blemishes on your photo that were not in the uploaded photo or a damaged/defective pearl. Items with blurry images due to a low resolution photo are not included. In the event of damage, you must submit a photo/video before we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • Optical Glass Lens: Our jewelry contains a special optical glass lens that ensures clear and accurate projection of the photo.

  • Jewelry material : Our jewelry is made from various materials, including brass, stainless steel, and 925 silver. These materials have been carefully selected to ensure durability and quality.

  • Process of the jewelry : The manufacturing process involves several steps such as CAD drawings, 3D printing for the master mold, casting, filing, soldering, polishing, cleaning, plating and packaging. We carry out inspections at every stage of the process to ensure the highest quality.

  • Lens Manufacturing : For the photo-projecting function, the lens undergoes specific treatments, photo printing and a special manufacturing process to ensure that the projection is bright and clear.
